Because the ratings that I gave above are true. Very accommodating and helpful Reception staff. Doctors are thorough and I always feel safe in their hands. Excellent quality of care.

Not sure why I heard that making appointments with GPs is so difficult for others at other GPs. It is easy to make appointments here and all my messages left with receptionists were passed to my Dr efficiently.

I have been a patient at woodlands road surgery for over 35 years. It has supported me and my family wonderfully well all these years and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. All the staff are incredibly helpful, professional and friendly.

Woodlands Surgery have always provided me with excellent care and prompt treatment. It is sometimes hard to reach the surgery by telephone at peak times, for example first thing on a Monday morning, but they have an excellent telephone service which allows you to receive a call back or to wait in line, and it would seem they are even alerted to cancelled calls, as I once lost signal whilst in the queue but a very helpful receptionist called me back shortly thereafter without having to rejoin the telephone queue. I have always been most happy with the treatment I have received from each of the GPs I have seen and have found all GPs I have met at the practice to be kind, efficient and well informed. I couldn't be happier with the care I have received and hope Woodlands Surgery continue to offer this high level of care to their patients.

I am completely happy with the care and service I have received and do not feel the service could be much improved upon.
